National Workshop on Climate Change Information and Tools for Vulnerability and Adaptation (V&A)

The National Workshop on Climate Change Information and Tools for Vulnerability and Adaptation (V&A) was held in Paro from 22-23 June 2016. The workshop was organised to take stock of the state of knowledge on climate change action on V&A in Bhutan, enhance understanding of tools and approaches for V&A and provide inputs for preparing the Third National Communication (TNC) from Bhutan to the UNFCCC and the National Adaptation Plan (NAP). The workshop was attended by about 40 experts from government agencies, research institutions and civil society organisations with resource persons from WWF & Columbia University, ICIMOD and NEC. The workshop was organised by NECS with support from WWF-Bhutan.
