Administration Section
  1. General administration functions.
  2. Procurement of office items.
  3. Ensure office decorum and etiquette.
  4. Maintenance and management of office pool vehicles.
  5. Provide logistical support.
  6. Liaise with RAA with regard to financial auditing.
  7. Responsible for quotations (purchase, ticketing, consulting).

Finance Section
  1. Ensure maintenance of financial records.
  2. Annual and FYP budgeting. 
  3. Over all financial management.
  4. Financial recording and reporting.
  5. Liaise with RAA with regard to financial auditing
  6. Coordination with MoF, other relevant budgetary agencies and donors.
