  1. Duly filled RCSC Employment form
  2. Attested copy of Class X, XII and degree academic transcripts as applicable.
  3. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card.
  4. Valid Security Clearance Certificate.
  5. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a RGOB doctor.
  6. No Objection Certificate from the concerned agency, if employed.
  7. Other relevant supporting documents and certificates.

Deadline extension for consultancy to assess and determine grid emission factor for Bhutan

In continuation to the earlier announcement on the invitation of interested International and National Consultant to submit the Request for Expression of Interest for the consultancy service to “assess and determine grid emission factor for Bhutan based on the attractiveness of different types of greenhouse gas mitigation options”, the National Environment Commission Secretariat would like to extend the deadline till 15th February 2021 for the submission. Requirement of import Permit for HFCs from January 2021

Bhutan ratified the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 2019. This amendment requires the parties to gradually phase down the production and consumption of hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) for which there is requirement to establish a licensing system for import of HFC starting January 1, 2021.
